Payment and Pricing

∙ All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice

∙ Payment is required in full at the time of booking or purchase

∙ We accept payment through third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, Square, etc.)

∙ You are responsible for any transaction fees, taxes, or charges imposed by your payment method

No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds for any services or products, including but not limited to:

∙ Mock interview sessions (scheduled, completed, or missed)

∙ Personal statement reviews

∙ Strategy consultations

∙ Digital products and downloadable guides

∙ Course materials or educational content

No refunds will be issued for:

∙ Change of mind after purchase

∙ Failure to attend scheduled sessions

∙ Dissatisfaction with services or outcomes

∙ Non-acceptance to PA programs

Scheduling and Cancellations

Client Cancellations

∙ You may reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before your scheduled session

∙ Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of that session

∙ No-shows will forfeit their session with no refund or rescheduling option

∙ Sessions must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase or they expire

Provider Cancellations

∙ If we must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered an alternative time or equivalent service

∙ In rare cases of provider unavailability, you may receive a refund at our sole discretion

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

∙ Provide accurate and complete information

∙ Attend scheduled sessions on time and prepared

∙ Submit materials (personal statements, resumes, etc.) by agreed-upon deadlines

∙ Maintain professional and respectful communication

∙ Use services and products for personal, non-commercial purposes only

∙ Not share, redistribute, or resell any purchased digital products

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

∙ Acceptance to any PA program

∙ Specific outcomes or results from our services

∙ Interview invitations or improved application rankings

∙ Employment or career advancement

Our services provide guidance, feedback, and strategy based on professional experience. Success depends on many factors outside our control, including your qualifications, effort, program competitiveness, and admissions decisions.

Confidentiality

∙ We may use anonymized examples from consultations for educational content (with identifying details removed)

∙ By using our services, you consent to this anonymized use

∙ Consultation recordings and notes are for internal use only and will not be shared

Professional Boundaries
